Awesome experience. We took clients to the Lakers/Clippers game from Irvine. Ray had great communications. He was on-time and made a convenient pick up after the game. 1st class all the way, I highly recommend.

I would not recommend this service. I've been in contact with Ray for a couple months trying to plan a special celebration for my family. And he had always quoted me one price, that included tip. Then I finally set a date for the celebration, and he once again finalize the same price, including tip. Then just a week ago I checked in with him again, and he told me I would now need to pay an extra 20% gratuity because he last minute hired a driver. I told him that's not my fault, he already agreed to the price he said, including tip. Now I had to pay an extra $100 dollars because he hired a driver after we made our commitment. He also never sent me any confirmation email or text message, so I was always left guessing if he actually was going to show up or not. He had to ask me multiple times to reconfirm the date and time and place. Leaving me very uneasy. I ended up canceling with him because I was not OK with him making a last minute change that would increase the price by so much. And wasn't comfortable with his confirmation process. I'm not sure why he wouldnt just take the original price we agreed to versus now having to loose out on all the money. I don't think it's a trustworthy service and I don't recommend. That's hilarious that you say you never said tip was included, I sent you multiple screenshots of text messages between you and I saying tip was included!!! You said it to me 3 times. You're a liar and a fraud.

Ray was very accommodating and honest . His rates are fair and he made sure we were comfortable . He knew the area our concert was at and made it easy to go and come out without worrying about traffic . Highly recommend.

We hired Ray for a return from LAX to OC. He was prompt at the airport, his car was a new Toyota Murai. We had a wonderful discussion about EVs vs fuel cell technologies that made driving time fly by. The car was very comfortable and quiet. I'll be calling Ray the next time I need a ride.

We were looking for a shuttle from Huntington Beach to LAX. Luckily, I stumbled onto Rays Limo service. I was extremely impressed with him on the phone and I'm glad I used him. He arrived right on time for our flight and was driving a Mirai Hydrogen Toyota. I'm used to have a Mirai. The car was clean, water provided and excellent service. On our return trip from Paris, our flight was changed 2 days earlier, no problem for Ray, he showed up at 11PM at LAX on a Sunday right on time. Ray is now my go to guy for all my shuttles. He is a great guy and an amazing driver. Highly recommend Rays Limo.

I am extremely impressed with this car service! Ray is very communicative and true to his word. He honored his fee quote and when my flight was delayed and I couldn't arrive until the following morning, he immediately made accommodations and was there to pick me up the next day! I will definitely be using him again and would highly recommend his services. You will not be disappointed.

I had great experience with OC Ray Car Service for my round trip ride to LAX. They are professionals with great prices. Ray was so friendly and very flexible with our time. Overall, awesome ride! 🙂
